Check coverage
Pop in your address. We'll confirm if ShapShap fibre is live in your area and what the install lead-time looks like.

Get a home drop & ONU
Already have a fibre home drop with ONU? We simply supply a free-to-use router and you're set. If not, we survey your spot and install the full cabled connection with ONU — a once-off install fee applies where needed.

Connect to ShapShap WiFi
On your phone or laptop, open WiFi settings and tap the ShapShap network. No password needed.

Enter your number
You'll be sent to our voucher page. Pop in your cell number and we'll text you a quick OTP to log in.

Pick a voucher
Choose how long you want to be online — 1 day (R20), 3 days (R55), 7 days (R115) or 14 days (R210). Uncapped, all your devices included.

Pay & go online
Pay by card, instant EFT, Capitec Pay or 1Voucher. As soon as payment clears, you're connected.
